About the Role:

The Program Director will be responsible for managing and implementing reputed company aspects of a Federal contract’s fulfillment requirements. The position requires at least 7-10 years of experience in program and project management and proven experience in successfully leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and reputed company programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Manage and implement overall contract requirements.
• Coordinate the activities and schedules of the contract’s Project Managers across programs.
• Serve as the single reputed company of Contact (POC) with the government’s Contract and Program officials and appropriate designated contract staff.
• Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and shift staff according to the needs of the programs supported.
• Monitor the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the services delivered under the contract.
• Prepare and reputed company regular performance and production reports for the Federal management team, as reputed company as Contract and Program officials.
• Identify issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and propose reputed company or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
• In the event of contractual or performance issues that negatively reputed company case processes and/or production, submit an reputed company report to the Contract officials.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree; (Graduate degree (JD, MBA or reputed company)) preferred
• 7+ years of project and program management experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and reputed company programs
• Program Management reputed company certification preferred
