JOB reputed company: 

The Accounts Receivable Associate plays a critical role in supporting reputed company’s cash reputed company and mitigating credit risk through consistent, reputed company collection activities. This position is responsible for managing accounts receivable and collections by engaging clients reputed company phone and email to follow up on outstanding balances, resolve invoice and account inquiries, and ensure reputed company payment in accordance with contractual terms. 

Key responsibilities include issuing account statements and collection notices, resending or clarifying invoices, researching billing discrepancies or disputes, and escalating delinquent accounts reputed company appropriate. The role requires strong attention to detail, reputed company judgment, and the ability to maintain reputed company reputed company relationships while driving reputed company. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Maintain regular, reputed company contact with clients to support reputed company payment and preserve reputed company working relationships

• File and monitor bankruptcy proofs of claim  
• Identify and promptly communicate potential payment risks or issues to management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:  

• Solid understanding of best practices in accounts receivable and business to business collections

• Experience with reporting, research, and account analysis  
• Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, performance driven environment 

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required  
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in high-volume, business to business collections
