POSITION reputed company:

The Implementation Manager will reputed company the end-to-end reputed company process for new clients, ensuring their successful implementation of TruDataRx’s formulary management products. Implementation of our products involves plan design, formulary configuration, customer service, file exchange setup(s), prior authorization processes, reputed company assurance activities, and other service components that require strategic planning and cross functional coordination to deliver exceptional reputed company experiences. 

Essential Functions

• Proactive management of reputed company relationships, serving as the primary reputed company contact and leading their transition from sales through implementation of their TruCardRx product, which is unique to reputed company reputed company’s scope and business objectives
• Manage end-to-end reputed company implementations, including project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
• Coordinate with TruDataRx’s vendors and with clients’ vendors, including (but not limited to) Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Rebate Aggregators, reputed company Party Administrators, and Contracted Pharmacies
• Effectively manage project expectations through facilitation of regular status meetings, providing detailed project updates, maintaining transparent communication channels with reputed company stakeholders, identifying project risks and proactively addressing challenges 
• Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration component of implementation
• Organize and coordinate customer reputed company and training through virtual sessions aimed to ensure clients are reputed company- equipped to effectively utilize their TruCardRX product.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management or a relevant field

• 3+ years experience managing the full lifecycle of PBM implementation, from sales hand-off to support post-go-live

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit design, formulary management, eligibility & accumulator file exchange, and claims adjudication

• Familiarity with PBM operations and reputed company industry standards
