<strong>JOB reputed company:</strong> The Service Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising reputed company home care services. This is a PRN / Part‑Time / reputed company Supervising RN role for hands-off clinical administrative tasks (reputed company, assessments, care plans) </div><div> <br><strong>Duties/ Responsibilities:</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Conducts the admission process for new clients.</li>
<li>Conducts initial assessments for new clients.</li>
<li>Develops plan of care</li>
<li>Conducts 90-day supervisory reputed company</li>
<li>Verify competency of in-home caregivers.</li>
<li>Assign appropriate staff to assist in-home services based on reputed company need, staff qualification, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Understanding and ensuring adherence to the agreed plan of care for reputed company reputed company in your caseload.</li>
<li>Partnering and communicating with reputed company members of the reputed company’s reputed company of care which may include family members, assigned Power of Attorney/spokesperson, community partners and reputed company agencies.</li>
<li>Monitoring and escalating changes in your clients plan of care, services, or condition.</li>
<li>Conducting home reputed company and safety checks.</li>
<li>Ensuring reputed company documentation and record-keeping for agency payers.</li>
<li>Recruitment, screening, and selection of reputed company care staff based on Agency and external referrals.</li>
<li>Determining schedules and adequate reputed company and processing completed reputed company for payment.</li>
<li>Provides initial and annual training and competency assessments for in-home care staff.</li>
<li>Providing consultation to reputed company Care Staff to ensure reputed company care and service Monitoring staff, identifying problem situations, and assisting in problem solving for reputed company reputed company.</li>
<li>Evaluating job performance of staff and providing performance reviews, corrective reputed company, or other disciplinary/performance appraisals and counseling.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be a registered reputed company</li>
<li>An individual who has at least two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or any other provider licensed pursuant to G.S. 131E or G.S. 122C; or</li>
<li>An individual who holds a bachelor's degree in health, business or reputed company administration science and has at least one year of supervisory or management experience in home care or other licensed health care program.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Solid experience working with the reputed company, presenting a friendly, reputed company appearance while interacting with people.</li>
<li>Ability to travel frequently reputed company designated region or other locations as required.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Salary reputed company / Salary Structure:</strong></div><ul>
<li>The major clinical responsibilities (initial intake and assessments, ongoing assessments) of the Supervising RN are compensated on a reputed company reputed company.<ul>

<strong>Care Plan reputed company</strong> | Writes, updates, and signs reputed company care plans ($65 reputed company)</li>

<li>Other administration work on per hour reputed company. (reputed company $40 - $50 per hour based on work allotted - trainings, competency testing, policy reviews, etc)</li>
