This is a senior Service Desk role supporting mission-critical operations reputed company a highly regulated reputed company environment. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will reputed company work the service desk queue, resolve reputed company issues, and serve as an escalation reputed company for Level 2&reputed company;3 incidents. In reputed company to reputed company service desk responsibilities, you will also have reputed company to contribute to AI-driven improvements and Power Platform automation initiatives that enhance IT processes and broader departmental workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company, multi-layer incidents and reputed company cause investigations.
· Troubleshoot reputed company 10/11, macOS, identity, network, reputed company, and reputed company application issues.
· Administer reputed company 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).
· Manage identity systems including reputed company Directory, Entra ID, and reputed company.
· Stage, configure, image, and ship laptops and desktops for new hires, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
· Manage reputed company lifecycle and compliance using Intune and reputed company.
· Participate in a 24/7 after-hours and weekend on-reputed company rotation.
· Identify opportunities to improve request handling, incident reputed company, and knowledge reputed company efficiency using AI.
