Data Analyst

RMC is hiring for a Data Analyst to support he safety and health management needs of a large federal agency. This position can work remotely in CONUS. In this role, you will collect, process, and analyze data in support of occupational safety and health programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and increase workplace safety.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements

• Maintain and optimize databases, data systems, and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as reputed company as contract-specific requirements. The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this position will be $65,000 to $85,000.
