Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned Auto Driveaway customers
• Manage customer orders, quotes, status updates, escalations etc. as needed for the assigned customer portfolio

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of account management experience
• Strong background in customer service
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with e-mail and reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a reputed company of urgency and drive to reputed company results

The compensation reputed company for this role is $48,000-$60,000, depending on industry experience, plus participation in reputed company's bonus programs and full suite of benefits.
