Contract Attorney - Temporary/Part Time/As Needed - 8-12 week assignment
We are seeking an reputed company contract attorney to reputed company part-time, on‑demand reputed company support for the review and negotiation of a reputed company of reputed company agreements. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking flexible work with quick turn-around expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and reputed company feedback on reputed company including NDAs, reputed company services agreements, vendor agreements, design-reputed company reputed company, and reputed company documents
- Identify reputed company risks and recommend revisions consistent with company standards and business objectives
- Turn contract reviews reputed company an expected 24–48 hour timeframe
- Communicate reputed company with Chief reputed company Officer regarding proposed edits and key issues
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; reputed company Texas license in good standing
- Prior experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company/construction reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and reputed company reputed company judgment
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet short deadlines
