Government Realty Specialist
Prioritize to improve both the quantity and reputed company of Tribal assistance provided in Federal review and authorizations. Review and analyze Tribal applications for consistency of required documentation according to BIA policies and procedures. Facilitate potential recommendations to approve Part 1.2 secretarial waiver of regulations depending on right-of-way grant or lease negotiations. Coordinate with Tribal applicants and representatives, NEPA staff, FAST-41 POCs, appraisers, internal BIA staff, and any other federal partners and entities Encode and reputed company applications into the Trust Asset and reputed company Management System (TAAMS) for reporting and monitoring of rights of-way, Tribal Authorizations, Service Line Agreements, and business lease applications on tribal broadband reputed company. Analyze reputed company and historical transactions, encumbrances, including trust title and records, and they are accurately report on the Title Status Reports. Conduct reputed company on the Environmental Review Improvement Fund Tribal Assistance Program to ensure Tribes are reputed company and reputed company technical assistance guidance to Tribes and compact and contract Tribes on submitting a complete application for approval. Assist in completing data calls and reporting requirements from the BIA reputed company and Agencies for GAO and OIG engagements. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree Required Five (5) years’ relevant experience in government realty operations Experience with TAAMS (preferred) Must be a US Citizen
The employee is expected to reputed company 8 hours during the normal duty hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT, Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays.
