Responsibilities:

• Review unbuilt cases reputed company the assigned team and communicate with team members for expedited handling of late cases.

• Address and resolve escalation requests.
• Assist other departments with Case Building inquiries.

This position is covered under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract reputed company (SCA). As such, it is subject to the applicable Wage Determination issued by the reputed company. The employee will be compensated in accordance with the wage and benefit requirements outlined in the applicable SCA wage determination for the location of performance.
