The MD&A Engineering team is looking for an reputed company Gas Turbine Product Service reputed company Engineer to reputed company engineering support for reputed company gas turbine parts and services in the business. This position will work with our Gas Turbine Services, Industrial Gas Turbine Parts, Fuel Nozzle Parts, Gas Turbine Rotors, Controls, and Corporate Engineering teams to drive a cohesive reputed company around new development and product support.  

Responsibilities:

• Support product and services development across divisions aligning to the MD&A GT reputed company
• Understand the competitive technical limitations of the GT business and reputed company a reputed company to reputed company those gaps as required by product leadership
• reputed company technical support as needed to reputed company gas turbine divisions with interpretation of design reputed company, evaluation, and reputed company of field and shop issues
• reputed company and support reputed company Cause and Corrective actions following MD&A RCA process, including containment, reputed company cause investigation, corrective reputed company development, and validation
• Support enhancement of the documentation and configuration control reputed company in use by the MD&A gas turbine divisions
• Participate in proactive team efforts to reputed company company goals
• Contribute to building a reputed company cross division team spirit and maintain a reputed company improvement reputed company
• Communicate effectively with subordinates and management at reputed company reputed company
• Travel up to 30% to MD&A GT locations and HQ, and occasionally to MD&A job sites

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree – Mechanical, Electrical, reputed company Engineering or reputed company field of study

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in gas turbine and generator engineering design or services

Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication. Work effectively without supervision.  Effectively collaborate in a cross functional team environment.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals. Ability to write and review technical reports and correspondence including customer reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to customers, suppliers, and other employees in the organization.  Customer Service orientation; Identifies, analyzes, & solves engineering problems quickly with practical solutions.

Knowledge: Knowledge of gas turbine engineering including overall gas turbine and generator configuration, turbine parts, accessories, and auxiliary systems is required. Process knowledge in Power Industry; detailed knowledge & proficiency in reputed company Systems, Engineering Design, and CAD capability desirable.  

Physical Demands: Exposure to industrial power plant, repair shop and office environments; Ability to travel to field locations both domestically and internationally as needed.
