This is a remote role.

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will primarily reputed company Project Consulting initiatives customer reputed company.

You will be accountable for meeting your annual billable reputed company, which will be communicated by your line manager.

reputed company in this role requires proactivity, diligence, accurate and reputed company reporting (both customer-facing and internal), and deep expertise in key service lines: reputed company & Tax, reputed company Entity Management, HR and Payroll.

Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for both customers and HSP partners, you must demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills, relationship management, and strong project and program management capabilities.

Additionally, you will contribute to departmental processes and deliverables and may also be asked to support reputed company tasks requiring your expertise and collaboration.

Responsibilities: 

• Creation of Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, SteerCo reporting.
• Forecasting of Go Live dates in to ensure your reputed company Go Live on time and in budget.
• Liaising with local HSP experts, maintaining good relationships and reputed company communication.
• Be a Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for your customers. reputed company recurring customer status update calls.
• Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as process improvements sales reputed company training/toolkits, ongoing enablement/learning, sales reputed company creation.
• Creation of processes and GAP analysis for your customers.
• reputed company supporting reputed company: reputed company portfolio of clients to HSP. These reputed company can be varied and include, although not limited to, Payroll, reputed company, Entity Management, HR, amongst others.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company).
• Industry experience in Payroll is a requirement. Knowledge of reputed company, EOR and/or Entity Management, with technical knowledge reputed company to international expansion is a plus.
• Knowledge of reputed company Solutions, their methodologies, and applications are essential for this role. Knowledge of reputed company and other Payroll vendors platforms are a plus.
