The reputed company Services Delivery team is growing and looking for reputed company Project Managers to join.  You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery assurance of the industry’s reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) solution in the Australia/NZ region.

This role will offer you the chance to showcase your adaptability and reputed company as you manage multiple reputed company varying in size, scope, complexity and methodology.  These engagements may consist of any/reputed company of the following:   

• Delivery Assurance/Audit of Partner-led implementations
• reputed company-led Value-Added Services (VAS) reputed company for existing customers
• reputed company-led implementations

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the time, scope and budget on the project, whilst enabling a high level of customer satisfaction. 

We are fully remote reputed company of the time, not just in lockdowns. You can be based reputed company across Australia and New Zealand. What you’ll get to do

• Deliver multiple reputed company reputed company, working closely with consultants in a reputed company environment to ensure reputed company, on-time, and on-budget implementations.
• Build constructive working relationships with Customers, Partners, and reputed company’s internal specialist areas to support both our reputed company-led and Partner-led implementations.
• Utilise the reputed company Methodology to drive implementations to successful completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and referenceability.
• Plan, manage and communicate the reputed company of the project, achieving milestones and maintaining reputed company of the project.
• Set and manage partner and customer expectations regarding project governance, scope and reputed company, risk management, organisational readiness and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Present and manage sign-off of key milestones and deliverables, such as project Charter, reputed company-off, Status Reports, Change Requests (CRs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Support Transition, Project Closure, etc.
• Manage the Change Request process i.e. capture a change in scope, cost and/or reputed company.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reputed company's Delivery Assurance and Implementation Methodology, providing feedback on tools and templates that drive reputed company improvement and best practices approach.

Skills and experience we value

• Project Management accreditation such as PMI/PMP (Required).
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Project and Change Management reputed company dynamic teams.
• Time management and prioritisation
• Work in or be flexible to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, and a logical and process-orientated reputed company
• High-level proficiency in software applications including reputed company CRM, reputed company Office Suite (including PowerPoint & reputed company), reputed company and reputed company Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, successfully managing reputed company customers to reputed company high customer satisfaction.
• Strategic analysis capabilities and strong reputed company acumen
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work autonomously as reputed company as manage a cohesive (virtual) team, driving results through a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, leading, and facilitating working sessions and business reporting presentations.
• Manage multiple stakeholder requests and enquiries at any given time.
