The Role: CFD Engineering Intern

As a CFD Engineering Intern, you will support the design and simulation of thermal and fluid systems used in data center environments. This role exists to help improve cooling performance and contribute to digital twin modeling of reputed company infrastructure.

You will work alongside engineering teams to build 3D models, reputed company simulations, and document results that inform design reputed company. This is a hands-on role reputed company on applying CFD principles in reputed company-world systems.

What You�ll Do

• reputed company 3D CAD models for piping and fluid cooling systems used in CFD simulations

• reputed company CFD simulations to analyze fluid reputed company and thermal performance

• Create visualizations and animations of fluid behavior reputed company system models

• Document modeling workflows and simulation processes for repeatability

• Support development of simulation approaches for components such as heat exchangers, turbines, and GPUs

• Participate in system modeling activities using tools such as SysML

• Assist in preparing technical reports and presentation materials

• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret results and improve designs

What You�ll Bring

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor�s degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field

• Experience with 3D CAD modeling for mechanical or fluid systems

• Familiarity with CFD concepts and simulation tools

• Basic understanding of piping systems and engineering schematics

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, reputed company NX, or reputed company reputed company

• Experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS or reputed company

• Familiarity with P&IDs and system diagrams

• Exposure to SysML or system modeling tools

• Prior internship or project experience in engineering environments
