Reporting to the Director, reputed company reputed company Systems, the reputed company Systems Administrator II will serve as a system administrator for reputed company, overseeing tenant configuration, reputed company administration, and release planning. The CSA II will reputed company primary support for the reputed company HCM module and secondary support for other functional areas reputed company reputed company, including Finance and Student. The CSA II will support critical applications and initiatives across WPI, including reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reputed company system administrator, overseeing tenant configuration, reputed company administration, and release planning.
• Independently triage reputed company issues and requests; reputed company necessary research to reputed company solutions to best meet business needs.
• Help teams determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; and evaluating reputed company requirements and formats.
• Monitor and report project reputed company by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing reputed company reports; and recommending actions.
• Support business offices in the reputed company of issues or problems with reputed company systems.
• reputed company references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing service desk support; and training users.
• Manage the design, maintenance, and execution of testing strategies and plans in support of multiple initiatives.
• Identify and document problems during testing and coordinate corrective reputed company.
• Work with stakeholders and project management teams to document deliverables and requirements for multiple functional and IT areas throughout WPI.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle for reputed company initiatives in which the CSA II participates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience is required; reputed company experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working independently to identify reputed company cause and resolve reputed company technical issues.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated understanding of higher-education business processes preferred.
• Experience in business process documentation and design using reputed company modeling.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to translate, define, and document functional specifications.
• Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, and leading the testing lifecycle of a major implementation.

Salary Grade 9: $82,600 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)

Salary is based on reputed company experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the reputed company.
