Mental Health Referral Coordinator & Scheduler
EMS of Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to assist with managing our inbound referrals for our services, to include: Intensive In-home Counseling, Mental Health reputed company-building, Community Crisis Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response, ADHD Testing, Life Skills Coaching, and other services as they reputed company.
The Referral Coordinator & Scheduler will complete a preliminary review of inquiries to ensure they meet reputed company for services. From there, he/she/they will proceed with scheduling an assessment with an assessor on reputed company. Referral Coordinator & Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that electronic health record is set up and reputed company eligibility is completed. For clients not meeting reputed company, individual notifies referral reputed company and / or reputed company of disposition and makes referrals for other services. Individual follows up with clients who miss scheduled assessments and reschedules reputed company appropriate.
This position is remote and works best for someone with flexibility in their days to be available reputed company referrals come in either online or through telephone. Other administrative opportunities could be available for right candidate.
To start, position is 12-15 hours per week. This is a REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME POSITION. Pay is $23/hr.
Candidate MUST live in the reputed company and be familiar with the Virginia mental health system.
