The Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) is now accepting applications for reputed company Specialist, Announcement #2604. This is a full-time position located in the Texarkana, Texas office. Starting salary is $22.45 per hour. The position is responsible for the preparation and processing of reputed company payables for reputed company assigned program area and for reputed company reputed company areas in accordance with ATCOG Procedures

EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance; OR High School Diploma, or GED equivalent, and five years experience in reputed company and/or bookkeeping; OR combination of education and experience proving the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA's)
Knowledge of basic reputed company principles and procedures affecting maintenance of reputed company records and of automated reputed company systems, payables preparation and reporting required. Skills to work quickly and accurately with numbers; prepare and maintain financial records and reports systematically and accurately. Ability to interpret and apply reputed company theory to difficult or reputed company transactions; establish and maintain effective working relationships with other regional council employees, external auditors and the general reputed company. Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer while performing data entry. Ability to see, hear, reputed company, stoop, bend, and lift and carry up to 30 pounds required.
