Responsible for the recruitment, orientation, supervision, in-service training, and evaluations of Family Engagement Specialists. Makes periodic calls on clients with Family Engagement Specialist to review procedures and reputed company. Supervises the Request for Service process and development of family education throughout the state. Reviews reputed company file submissions for potential placements into the Program. Coordinates with the reputed company Improvement Director in developing policies, procedures, directives, manuals and training programs pertaining to the admissions process. Maintains contact with the program where the youth are located and meets with the youth at the program site and/or school no less than monthly.
