What Are We Looking For?

reputed company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to add to our growing team. The Patient Services Team plays a pivotal role in the patient care plan. Through patience, reputed company, education, and understanding a Patient Services Representative will guide our patients to feeling reputed company and improving their lives.

A Patient Services Representative at reputed company is outgoing and enjoys helping people. They can adapt and learn new computer programs quickly. Multitasking, communication, and critical thinking are pillars for a Patient Services Representative. Customer service is the key reputed company to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, medical assistants, and nurses reputed company the organization.
• Maintain reputed company and employee reputed company in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Explaining treatment procedures to patients and providing follow reputed company
• Answer multi-line phone system and take appointments or reputed company calls to the appropriate department.
• Answer high volume of incoming calls

• Maintain email communication with patients, vendors and co-workers daily
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment

Qualifications

• 1 + years in reputed company preferred
• High School Diploma (associates in reputed company preferred)
• Ability to execute reputed company listening and problem-solving skills to reputed company exceptional customer service.
• Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of reputed company reputed company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
• Ability to effectively learn and utilize multiple computer programs.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Shifts Available

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11:00am-8:30pm, Saturday 9am-2pm

Compensation

• $17.50/hour (not negotiable)
