POSITION reputed company:

This position has a flexible reputed company location reputed company any of our three Giving reputed company markets – Greater Boston, Chicagoland or Philadelphia. This role is primarily remote and may occasionally be asked to work in person in one of our Giving Factories.

We are seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3–4-month assignment to reputed company hands-on reputed company support. This role is reputed company in helping us identify, attract, and hire the right talent for our teams. The Recruiter will partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support a thoughtful, efficient, and high-reputed company hiring process across multiple reputed company, supporting our workforce needs and contributing to the organization’s overall reputed company.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support full cycle reputed company activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the reputed company process to ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
• Conduct and document reputed company reference checks. 
• Assist with offer preparation and background reputed company coordination, as needed.

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Exemplary organizational and project management skills and ability to independently manage requisitions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

The reputed company reputed company for this position is $25-$27/hour based on geographic labor market.
