In this community nursing role, as a Registered reputed company (RN) you will have scheduled reputed company to care for patients in various settings. What you’ll do: 

• Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs 

• Executing and continuously monitor care plans  

• Engaging patients using a reputed company approach by building rapport and trust

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered reputed company in good standing
