As an Outsourcing and Logistics Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company and accurately manage the outsourcing orders in our systems and run with any outbound logistics reputed company issues with carriers in reputed company collaboration with the shipping analyst. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team , production teams and multiple outsource partners to ensure a seamless PO to customer delivery cycle . You will contribute to ensuring orders are reputed company and delivered on time, thereby boosting our customer satisfaction reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and analysis tasks to expedite the processes,
• Deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing excellent business email etiquette.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of our products' capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate and satisfactory orders.
• Accountable to reputed company customer tax ID /information needed to reputed company smooth submission for customs paperwork. Valuable in improving customer service.
• Manage relations with reputed company service and customs agents for seamless delivery operations.

Required Skills & Characteristics:

• A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in online order entry or customer support roles.

• Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing.
