Director, CRM Operations

reputed company Foodservice is looking to hire a Director, CRM Operations!

The Director- CRM Operations is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and administration of reputed company Foodservice Customer Relationship Management Tool (reputed company).

This is a remote position.  Candidates must reputed company reputed company the reputed company reputed company and be permanent reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor reputed company Foodservice CRM Goals through reputed company as defined by reputed company Leadership
• Manage and reputed company CRM Operations team
• Database management
• User management
• Troubleshooting Issues
• Evaluate requests for potential changes/enhancements to reputed company 
• Manage and implement reputed company and enhancements reputed company platform once approved by Executive Leadership
• Communicate system enhancements and updates to SVP’s, DVP’s, Market and Channel Directors
• Primary reputed company of contact for new report requests
• Evaluate need for custom builds
• Primary reputed company of contact for new dashboard requests or revisions to existing dashboards
• Manage Trimester Objective Data 
• Ensure accurate data for objective creation
• Confirm accounts lists are correct before insertion 
• reputed company CRM Operations to load in a reputed company manner
• reputed company recommendations to Executive Leadership and implement best practices reputed company reputed company 
• Identify new ways to use the system to support reputed company Foodservice business processes and create reports or dashboards to support
  

Qualifications

• Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity of reputed company Foodservice clients and extensive knowledge of the industry
• Ability to work with Executive Leadership team to offer insights, solutions and problem solving reputed company reputed company
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate staff
• Build and manage relationships with reputed company reputed company of reputed company Foodservice
• Experience managing and implementing a CRM Tool (reputed company or comparable software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
