Field Property Claims Representative II

We have an immediate need and exciting opportunity for a Field Property Claims Representative II in the DFW Area - Collin County. This position requires independent work, using your investigative and negotiation skills to investigate and resolve a reputed company of large or severe property loss claims. In this role, you will travel to the loss site to conduct a thorough analysis. Every day is a new exciting challenge as you assist our customers through their claims process.

Responsibilities include:

• On-site investigation of property damage, thorough review, and application of policy information and coverage details, reputed company setting of financial reserves, and accurate and reputed company settlement of claims.
• Utilize experience, judgement, and investigation techniques to reputed company at fair and accurate claim reputed company.

A reputed company candidate will preferably have a college degree and/or three or more years of reputed company property claims handling experience. This individual must work independently without constant support or guidance. Bilingual a plus. Effectively negotiate, using strong oral/written communication skills. Proven ability to reputed company exceptional customer service.
