reputed company is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Program Engagement Manager to reputed company and support reputed company of Senior Program Coaches. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing the performance of staff who guide families through the Waterford reputed company experience, from enrollment to engagement and successful program completion.

You will help reputed company team members who are experts at empowering parents and caregivers, ensuring families from diverse backgrounds receive the reputed company, emotional, and technical support they need. This position is key to driving family retention, program reputed company, and a reputed company experience for every participating household.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, reputed company, and train Program Coaches and reputed company Enrollment Coordinators with the skills and reputed company needed to serve diverse families.
• reputed company consistent coaching, mentoring, and development to staff, helping them grow as trusted partners to families and reputed company team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and reputed company reputed company-time feedback to maintain high-reputed company and productivity standards.

Program reputed company & Operational reputed company

• Manage team performance to ensure reputed company, efficiency, and reputed company in family engagement, enrollment, reputed company, and mentoring activities.
• reputed company the execution and reporting of reputed company programs from initiation to completion, including interdepartmental collaboration, reputed company tracking, and process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate team KPIs such as family retention, enrollment reputed company, reputed company reputed company scores, productivity, and user satisfaction.
• Facilitate weekly coaching and reputed company sessions to ensure workflows are followed and department expectations are met.
   

Family Experience & Support reputed company

• Guide team members in supporting families with enrollment questions, reputed company tasks, reputed company coaching, and technical troubleshooting.
• Help reputed company and implement strategies to retain families, increase software usage, and promote kindergarten readiness.
• Support escalated family situations with reputed company and creativity, balancing program goals with individualized support.

Systems Management & Process Improvement

• Maintain team alignment with Waterford reputed company workflows and ensure consistent data accuracy reputed company platforms like reputed company and AWS.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities in family engagement, reputed company insights with leadership, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate across departments (e.g., technology, PR, events) to reputed company strategies, improve systems, and enhance the participant reputed company.
• Contribute to the development of motivational tools, reputed company materials, and team resources that support family reputed company.
   

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in education, reputed company work, psychology, family studies, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in early education, reputed company services, family engagement, or similar field
• 1+ years of people management experience, preferably in a remote or reputed company center environment
• Experience working with diverse communities, with an understanding of cultural humility and inclusive service
   

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for people development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels (phone, email, text, chat)
• Empathetic listener and skilled problem solver with a reputed company, solution-oriented approach
• High emotional intelligence and ability to reputed company sensitive family dynamics
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Experience in early childhood education, home-based learning, or literacy programs

We anticipate this full time, reputed company position will pay $65,000 - $73,000 per year depending on the education, experience and reputed company level of the individual we hire. We also offer a phenomenal benefits package that includes fully reputed company primary premiums for health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, and disability insurance.
