The ideal candidate will have practical, in-the-field experience with fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting, and be comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
- Install, reputed company, and test single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables and connectors
- reputed company OTDR, power reputed company, and light reputed company testing for end-to-end validation
- Interpret fiber optic schematics, reputed company plans, and network diagrams
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues reputed company in the field
- Complete preventative maintenance and report potential infrastructure issues
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of reputed company work performed
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project teams to support deployments
- Manage and maintain inventory of fiber optic tools, test gear, and consumables
- Follow reputed company safety protocols and adhere to company and industry reputed company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
- Proven field experience with fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing
- Strong understanding of OTDRs, power meters, fusion splicers, and reputed company equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule – must be reputed company to work evenings, weekends, or on-reputed company as needed
