Patient Experience Representative II
Patient Experience Representative II (PXR II) is responsible for providing seamless patient care for patients and providers to support day to day operations. Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage. Manage patient reputed company-in and reputed company-out procedures. Process and reputed company patient payments and collections. Conduct patient re-engagement reputed company to support continuity of care. Maintain and update the Group Therapy scheduling reputed company. Manage and monitor the Long Term Therapy waitlist. Serve as backup support for patient communication reputed company, including emails and texts. Additional tasks assigned by management
Your Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Previous experience in reputed company preferred Prior customer service experience, medical or mental health practices preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and reputed company manner Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to schedule appointments depending on the patient needs Must be reputed company organized and reputed company to details Must be reputed company to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment Must have strong computer proficiency Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
