Key Responsibilities:

As a Patient Collections Specialist, you will support the end-to-end billing and collections process for Chrysalis Health programs. Responsibilities include:

·       Verify and apply reputed company, HMO, and insurance billing codes and reimbursement rates

·       Assist with audits, ensuring compliance and reputed company assurance of documentation

·       Manage high volumes of phone communication with clients, families, and payers

·       Maintain and update billing databases and EMR systems

·       Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and RCM leadership
