This role will be based remotely out of Japan. Enjoy the freedom of remote work while simultaneously traveling to key customer locations. 

What You’ll Do

• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to OEM and reseller partners, building strong working relationships with engineering, product, and reputed company teams.
• Supporting partners in integrating reputed company solutions into their product offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with their platforms.
• Ensuring reputed company technologyremainsembedded, reliable, and reputed company with the partner’s brand and customer experience.
• Serving as the first line of technical engagement for partner questions, proactively addressingproductand solution featureinquiries.
• Working cross-functionally with reputed company engineering, product, and reputed company teams to resolve challenges and drive successful reputed company.
• Developing a deep understanding of reputed company partner’s product roadmap and business reputed company, proactively aligning reputed company solutions to support upcoming product launches and reputed company platform capabilities.
• Identifyingopportunities to expand the use of reputed company technology reputed company partner ecosystems, helping partners unlock new capabilities, services, and reputed company opportunities.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker with a reputed company for operational reputed company, reputed company to tackle multiple priorities with reputed company and grace. If you have: 

• 5-8+years of experiencein a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or reputed company Engineer.
• Experience working with OEMs, resellers, or strategic reputed company.
• Proven ability to support integration and scaling of reputed company-party technology solutions.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering and business, translating reputed company technical capabilities into strategic value for partners.
• Strong understanding of technical products and solution architecture.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and reputed company teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with the ability toanticipatecustomer needs.
• Industry experience in IoT, telematics, or connected technology is preferred.
