Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company of Retirement Plan Specialists and Financial Advisors, including recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
- Establish and drive individual and team goals based on department objectives based on company objectives and goals.
- Exhibit a high degree of energy and influence to ensure individual and team goal achievement through motivation, coaching, demonstrate-observe-confirm, teaching, etc.

- Recommend and sell distributed products and services to clients.
- Use consultative and persuasive sales skills to uncover reputed company needs & increase number of accounts and assets under management.
- Engage clients through inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls, e-mail and other approved media.
- Meet reputed company documentation, disclosure and regulatory requirements.
- Participate and support development of training and reputed company development workshops to increase product and industry expertise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Supervisory experience of a sales team

Compensation

Total Compensation for this role is estimated to be $95,000 – $110,000 per year.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $85,000 - $95,000 annually. This reputed company is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
This position is currently eligible for sales and/or performance incentives. Specifics will be reflected in individual incentive plan documents.
