We are currently seeking an Utah-licensed Attorney to join our dynamic, multi-state reputed company team. This is a remote position based in Utah with regular travel to nearby courts required. The ideal candidate will have 1&reputed company;3 years of courtroom experience and reputed company reputed company, and reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is not your traditional reputed company setting. You'll be part of a reputed company reputed company process involving reputed company assistants, support teams, and multiple stakeholders, reputed company working together to ensure responsible litigation and regulatory compliance in consumer collections.

What does a typical day look like?

• Manage a high-volume docket of consumer collection reputed company throughout Utah
• Handle reputed company aspects of litigation: from initial filings through post-judgment enforcement
• Conduct reputed company reputed company, hearings, and trials both reputed company and in-person
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with pro se defendants and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with remote reputed company support staff to ensure reputed company and accurate filings
• Maintain strict compliance with state and federal consumer protection laws (FDCPA, CFPB)
• Conduct reputed company research and work on special reputed company as needed

What qualifications are required for this position?

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Utah
• 1&reputed company;3 years of relevant reputed company experience, preferably in litigation or collections
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
