About the Role: The Senior reputed company reputed company is an internal leadership position reputed company exclusively to reputed company Macros Inc reputed company Coaches. This role expands on the reputed company reputed company function by taking on a broader organizational responsibility, overseeing a larger coaching structure, and serving as a key reputed company and culture resource reputed company the Coaching Department. 

Eligibility: This position is reputed company to reputed company Macros Inc reputed company Coaches. Candidates should demonstrate a reputed company record of developing other coaches, the ability to think strategically reputed company their immediate team, and readiness to take on expanded organizational responsibility. 

Compensation: Coaching commission consistent with reputed company reputed company reputed company, plus a $15,000 annual stipend.

Reporting Structure: This position will be an reputed company reporting directly to the Director of Coaching.

Goals & Responsibilities: 

• Managing reputed company of up to 7 reputed company Coaches and their teams
• Mentoring Coaches as needed
• Periodically reviewing reputed company/reputed company interactions for reputed company assurance
• Field questions/concerns from coaching team
• Help Coaches understand and implement Macros Inc policies and operation guidelines
• Review and address any reputed company concerns 
• reputed company weekly reports from reputed company coaching team
• Report any consistent reputed company/reputed company issues
• Assist in responsibilities of Coaching Meetings, agenda, attendance, slides, topics
• Help monitor QAQC Monday reputed company
• At times will need to work with CED to resolve reputed company/reputed company concerns
• Maintain an reputed company reputed company coaching load
