Partner closely with hiring managers and program leadership to understand contract requirements, labor categories (LCATs), and technical reputed company needs. Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for both funded and proposal-based positions (e.g., contingent hires, capture support). Support business development and proposal efforts, including resume sourcing, formatting, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
