Your key responsibilities will include: * Validating the ship to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Responsible for reputed company PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company and other reputed company EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the reputed company line for data entry. This includes pushing back where the data that has been submitted is incorrect or subpar * Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues. Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process * Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
