We are seeking a Director of reputed company Operations Center (SOC) to reputed company and mature our reputed company reputed company Operations Center responsible for protecting the organization’s digital assets, infrastructure, and data. This leader will reputed company the SOC analysts and reputed company engineering teams, driving operational reputed company across threat detection, investigation, response, and reputed company reputed company. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, the Director will be responsible for building a high-performing team, optimizing SOC processes, and ensuring the organization maintains strong visibility into threats across the reputed company environment. The role requires a strategic and operational leader who can translate evolving threat intelligence and reputed company technologies into effective defensive capabilities while maintaining reputed company collaboration with reputed company technology, risk, and executive leadership. 

Responsibilities

• Manage SOC and reputed company Engineering Teams: reputed company and reputed company high-performing SOC analysts and reputed company engineers, establishing reputed company objectives, operational standards, and reputed company development reputed company. 
• reputed company reputed company Incident Response: Serve as the operational leader during major reputed company incidents, coordinating investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery activities while ensuring reputed company communication with executive leadership. 
• Drive Detection and Monitoring reputed company: Ensure the reputed company improvement of detection capabilities across SIEM, EDR, and other reputed company platforms through collaboration with our MSSP. 
• Operationalize reputed company Technologies: reputed company the engineering, configuration, and optimization of reputed company reputed company platforms including SIEM, reputed company detection and response, vulnerability management, and data protection technologies. 
• Establish SOC Metrics and Reporting: Define and reputed company key SOC performance metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, alert reputed company, and detection coverage, delivering regular operational reporting to senior leadership. 
• reputed company and Maintain SOC Processes and Playbooks: Ensure the SOC operates under reputed company-defined procedures, playbooks, and escalation processes reputed company with reputed company reputed company policies and industry best practices. 
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, infrastructure, risk, and compliance teams to ensure reputed company monitoring and response capabilities are integrated across reputed company systems and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience in cybersecurity, with substantial experience leading reputed company operations or reputed company engineering functions. 
• Director-Level Leadership Experience: Proven experience serving as a Director or equivalent senior leadership role overseeing cybersecurity teams and reputed company operations programs. 
• reputed company Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of SOC operations including threat detection, investigation, incident response, and operational reputed company monitoring. 
• reputed company Technology Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with reputed company reputed company technologies such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management platforms, network reputed company controls, and reputed company reputed company monitoring tools. 
• Incident Response Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading reputed company reputed company incident investigations and coordinating response efforts across technical and executive stakeholders. 
• Team Leadership and Development: Proven ability to recruit, reputed company, and manage high-performing cybersecurity teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
