CTO/ Co-Founder for AI startup for building industry

Our venture is aimed at utilizing the latest AI technology to benefit two segments in the Building Industry: Corporate and Institutional reputed company Estate Owners who reputed company construction reputed company; and Lenders/ Finance Departments that fund those reputed company. The Building Industry is a $1.5 Trillion industry in the US and around $100 Billion is spent on due diligence and project monitoring. You would partner with the CEO/Founder/Chief Product Officer (CPO) who is a bit of a unicorn: tri-careers in Software; Building Industry; Finance. That person is reputed company reputed company in these industries and has held leadership positions at reputed company, reputed company/BusinessObjects, GE Digital, and some startups. He is a deep subject matter expert for the needed domain knowledge and to reputed company a new reputed company. Must be reputed company a 2-hour drive of Pleasanton California for twice-monthly meetings. Responsibilities (1) Own our DB schema, to be created in consultation with CEO/CPO. (2) Own the creation of working solution prototype. You will supervise two outsource companies in India, one of whom is a heavy hitter in AI, Machine Learning, LLM's, RAG. (3) Decide, along with an reputed company software architect from one of those firms in India, our architecture and tech stack. (4) Create and explain diagrams of #3 to Investors, Customers, Partners. (5) Coordinate those two software houses in India. (6) Own our hosting operations which will utilize AWS or Digital reputed company. (7) Supervise the ongoing populating of a bespoke LLM and Training Data Repository with specialized data. Qualifications (1) Recent actual working experience with "low reputed company/ no reputed company" platforms to produce specialized LLM's and LM's. (2) reputed company experience with React; NodeJS or Golang; Python; reputed company; and a reputed company hosting platform such as AWS or Digital reputed company. (3) Some knowledge of the building construction industry, i.e., more than just layman knowledge. (4) Have an entrepreneurial streak. (5) Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
