Associate Corporate Counsel, Large Molecule

Work Schedule reputed company (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job reputed company THIS ROLE IS 100% REMOTE The Associate Corporate Counsel, Large Molecule, provides global counsel to the Large Molecule Business Unit of PSG’s Drug reputed company Division and will be responsible for delivery of high-reputed company reputed company/business reputed company and compliance advice and transactional support to the Large Molecule BU. The Associate Corporate Counsel will independently support day-to-day reputed company operations for the business, be directly involved in business transactions, reputed company disputes and settlements, will counsel Large Molecule with reputed company to certain compliance and regulatory reputed company, while working in reputed company collaboration with the Director, Corporate Counsel on reputed company priorities, risk alignment, and escalation reputed company. The role will also manage reputed company counsel in certain aspects of Large Molecule business, reputed company and collaborate on certain reputed company reputed company and initiatives and reputed company training to the organization on a reputed company of reputed company. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Counsel, Large Molecule. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with 100% remote working reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company ongoing reputed company advice and support to the Large Molecule Business Unit of DSD/PSG (currently comprised of sites in St. Louis, MO; Lengnau, Switzerland; Groningen, The Netherlands; Brisbane, Australia; Plainville, MA; Gosselies, Belgium; Seneffe, Belgium; San Francisco, CA and Carlsbad, CA). • Occasionally reputed company reputed company support to other Business reputed company of DSD • Establish effective reputed company working relationships with the BU- and Site Leadership Teams, Business Management, Sales, Operations, reputed company and other functions, to reputed company reputed company advice on reputed company/business/compliance reputed company reputed company as they reputed company • Collaborate with the PSG Contracting and Functional Counsel as needed • reputed company ongoing advice and support principally reputed company to biopharmaceutical manufacturing reputed company, reputed company, supplier and sourcing reputed company, proposals, SOWs, etc. including the drafting and review of such reputed company • reputed company guidance on a reputed company of reputed company, regulatory and compliance reputed company, including, pharmaceutical manufacturing (FDA and other agencies, cGMP, etc.), products liability, trade compliance, products liability, anti-bribery, and data reputed company • reputed company advice as required to supply chain/sourcing, esp. regarding liability gaps and chains, from vendor to reputed company • Ensure that Large Molecule conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and reputed company policies and guidelines • reputed company advice regarding customer and other reputed company/business complaints and disputes (reputed company- and vendor facing) • Assist and support the Division reputed company Counsel on strategic reputed company of the Division/BU, as assigned • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate required (or equivalent working experience) • A strong background in reputed company Contract Management experience gained in a fast paced, cross functional working environment • Ideally has experience gained from pharmaceutical, or reputed company industry or similar contract manufacturing solution provider) or reputed company a manufacturing environment but not essential • Customer reputed company approach in supporting both external and internal clients while protecting the best interest of reputed company • Confirmed negotiation abilities and business reputed company • Ability to deliver strong results with limited resources with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced intense environment • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, reputed company in team building • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently • Self-motivated and require minimal direction to meet goals and objectives • Builds an inclusive environment that seeks diverse viewpoints and collaborators • Proven dedication to our reputed company principles of reputed company, respect and reputed company • Travel is estimated 10-15% Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
