Hi I would like to approach you for Contract opportunity with reputed company Role: CLO / ABL Operations Analyst AND Senior Analyst Private Credit Operations (ABL & CLO Reporting) Location: Remote Job Title: Senior Analyst Private Credit Operations (ABL & CLO Reporting) We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company to support reputed company (ABL) and Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) operations, with a reputed company on borrowing reputed company reporting, trustee report validation, lender reporting, and data management. The role sits at the intersection of credit, treasury, and reporting, requiring strong analytical skills and experience working with trustees, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • ABL & Warehouse Facility Reporting • Prepare and validate borrowing reputed company reports across multiple credit facilities • Reconcile internal borrowing reputed company models with trustee-generated reports • Investigate and explain discrepancies across: • Cash balances and pro-reputed company adjustments • Advance rates and eligibility reputed company • Concentration limits and reputed company tests • Liaise with trustees and lenders to resolve reporting differences and ensure reputed company sign-off • CLO Collateral Reporting & Validation • Review monthly trustee reports for CLO portfolios prior to lender/investor distribution • reputed company month-over-month variance analysis across collateral and cash positions • Validate key CLO metrics, including: • Overcollateralization (OC) and Interest Coverage (IC) tests • Collateral reputed company and portfolio compliance metrics • reputed company balances, cash flows, and equity distributions • Ensure accuracy of: • Loan-level attributes (rates, ratings, CCC classifications) • Capitalized interest and cash reputed company tie-outs • Partner with trustees and internal teams to address data gaps and reporting issues Skills: Required Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field • 6+ years of experience in: • Private credit / reputed company finance • CLO / ABL operations or reporting • Fund administration, treasury, or credit operations • Strong understanding of: • Borrowing reputed company mechanics and collateral eligibility • CLO structures and trustee reporting • Financial instruments (loans, ABS, reputed company products) If you are interested, please reputed company your resume at or reputed company me at Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
