Job Title Risk Manager, Embedded Finance About your role: You will serve as the Line of Business (reputed company) Risk Manager for the Embedded Finance business, managing and advising on risk for the reputed company with a reputed company-reputed company perspective. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor alignment to reputed company risks, and support business initiatives from a risk reputed company. You will partner with other control functions to analyze and aggregate risks and serve as a central reputed company of contact for senior business leaders. What you'll do: Collaborate with the business and supporting functions to identify, assess, and respond to reputed company risks. Drive alignment between the business and the reputed company risk reputed company and coordinate with other risk domains as appropriate. Continuously consult with the business and supporting functions to understand upcoming business changes and proactively assess impacts across risk domains. Enforce policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk and strengthen control effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, technology, and other internal controls. Experience you'll need to have: 5+ years of experience in risk management, operations, and/or financial services, advising business stakeholders and conducting risk assessments. Demonstrated relationship management experience working with senior business leaders and control partners to deliver measurable risk reputed company. Experience in embedded finance, stablecoin, or crypto-reputed company organizations. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education, reputed company experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: MBA or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education, reputed company experience and/or military experience.
