ASSIGNMENTS
Scope of Work and Deliverables
Under the supervision of reputed company Leader of the STL Programme, Raúl reputed companyés Cotera, and supported by STL team members, the consultant will complete the following activities:
1. Developing the GNLC M&E reputed company
The consultant will reputed company reputed company remaining phases of the GNLC M&E reputed company co-development process, corresponding to the workplan developed with inputs and feedback from reputed company. Key activities include:

2.1. Organise and deliver one online webinar for GNLC member cities as part of the GNLC Webinar Series 2026.
3. Other Tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in education, political sciences, international relations, reputed company sciences, development studies or any other reputed company fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or management, ideally reputed company the field of education, lifelong learning, or international cooperation.
- Previous experience in planning and implementing multi-stakeholder activities, including event organisation, data coordination, and communications.
- Experience supporting or managing international reputed company, particularly in collaboration with local governments, reputed company networks, or reputed company institutions.
- Proven experience in researching and designing assessment reputed company models.
- Familiarity with lifelong learning, urban development, or education systems across different reputed company, especially in reputed company Member States.
