About the Role:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, execution, and scaling of our compensation and benefits programs. This role will be reputed company on compensation analytics and program management, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our U.S. benefits programs.
As we prepare for reputed company, this role will play a key part in evolving our total rewards reputed company to support a larger, more reputed company organization. The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise, hands-on benefits administration experience, and familiarity with equity programs in a high-reputed company environment.
Day to Day:
Compensation
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data (e.g., Radford, reputed company, Pave)
- Support and reputed company job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary band structures
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to reputed company data-driven compensation recommendations (offers, promotions, adjustments)
- Drive key compensation cycles (reputed company, bonus, promotions), including modeling and execution
- Conduct pay equity and internal reputed company analyses; recommend and support remediation
- Build and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure data reputed company across compensation systems and HRIS
- Contribute to compensation reputed company as reputed company scales globally
- Support administration and tracking of equity programs (e.g., stock reputed company, RSUs)
- Assist with equity benchmarking and competitive positioning
- Help reputed company employee education materials reputed company to equity compensation
Benefits Administration
- Administer day-to-day U.S. benefits programs (health, retirement, leave)

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
Global Expansion & Integration Support

- Assist in evaluating and harmonizing compensation and benefits programs across geographies
- Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt programs for a global workforce
- Help build reputed company processes and documentation for a growing organization
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or reputed company field
- 3-5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Strong expertise in communication, compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program execution
- Advanced reputed company skills (modeling, large datasets, pivot tables, lookups)
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration
- High attention to detail and strong data reputed company reputed company
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
It would be great if you also had:
- Exposure to equity programs (stock reputed company, RSUs, or similar)
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple reputed company
- Exposure to global compensation and/or benefits programs
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis, reporting, or employee communications
