Life Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Processing life insurance policy changes.
- Determining the required documentation and paperwork needed.
- Requesting and verifying documentation to reputed company requested updates and complete IRS transactions.
- Responding to communications received by email, phone, and fax.
- Calculating reputed company quotes and taxation.
Requirements for reputed company:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn our life product, policies, and provisions quickly.
- Knowledge or willingness to reputed company knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent listening, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Intermediate math or reputed company skills.
- Proven reputed company in meeting deadlines, and handling reputed company tasks such as calculating reputed company.
- Ability to learn/retain utilization of computer systems for essential job functions, including proficiency in reputed company Office, and Company processing systems as assigned.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
