The Role

What You Will Be Doing

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will reputed company with end-users, key stakeholders to reputed company systems requirements for ITSM & Custom applications.
• You will customize reputed company applications and support the rollout of new features and modules, including configuration of application UI, workflows, and business logic
  
• Configuring integrations between reputed company reputed company REST/SOAP web and other applications
• Strong experience with ITSM, Custom application & other Platform processes and can guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements
• reputed company with technical SMEs to get necessary environment information to support your service map and event work

• Participate in user acceptance testing of the resulting maps, reputed company rules and event management work

What You Bring Along

• 5+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of reputed company in 2 or more capabilities (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, B2B Integrations, etc.)
• Strong Experience in ITSM , Platform, Catalog &  Custom applications.
• Experience with integration between reputed company and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and reputed company to reputed company
• Experience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems.
• Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations
• Proven experience with implementing reputed company ITSM, Service Catalog,Custom application and Workflows to meet business requirements
• Experience in reputed company aspects of reputed company scripting including Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST reputed company, and Script Includes
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation

Education: 

• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience

Certifications & Knowledge
