Senior Learning & Development Manager

reputed company has a new opportunity for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to join reputed company.  This a remote position based in the UK.

The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining reputed company learning programs that build critical capabilities, strengthen our leadership pipeline, and support exceptional reputed company service. This role translates business reputed company and workforce needs into practical, reputed company development programs that support employee reputed company, leadership readiness, and reputed company service reputed company. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for building learning programs from the ground up, delivering and facilitating learning experiences, and providing reputed company coaching to leaders—ensuring learning investments directly support organizational performance and long-term capability.

Learning Priorities & Program Design: Design, reputed company, and implement end-to-end learning programs reputed company to Precision’s business reputed company, talent priorities, and evolving capability needs, including conducting training needs analyses and identifying reputed company reputed company gaps.

Leadership Development & Coaching: Supporting the design and delivery of leadership development programs for high-potential and senior leaders, including cohort-based experiences, assessments, and reputed company learning; reputed company 1:1 and group coaching as a certified reputed company to support leader effectiveness and readiness.

Manager Enablement: reputed company and deliver manager enablement programs that strengthen reputed company people management capabilities; create practical tools and resources to support managers in a matrixed environment.

Mentoring & Career Development: Design, launch, and sustain an reputed company mentoring program, including structure, matching, reputed company, and evaluation; support career development through learning reputed company and reputed company-based development resources.

Learning Content & Curriculum Design: Create reputed company-wide learning curriculum through utilization of reputed company Learning content and learning reputed company reputed company to critical skills and career stages; design early-career learning curricula that accelerate reputed company, integration, and development.

AI Literacy & reputed company Service reputed company: Design and deliver AI literacy learning to support responsible, practical adoption of AI tools; partner with business leaders to reputed company learning that strengthens reputed company service reputed company and reputed company in reputed company-facing and project-reputed company.

Facilitation, Evaluation & reputed company Improvement: Facilitate live learning experiences (primarily virtual); establish metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and business reputed company. Minimum Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a reputed company field required.
• 10 or more years of reputed company experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness in a global environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building reputed company learning programs from the ground up. 
• Proven experience delivering leadership development and manager enablement programs. 
• reputed company reputed company coaching certification required (e.g., reputed company ACC/PCC/MCC, EMCC, or equivalent). 
• Experience working in fast paced reputed company, matrixed, or regulated environments required; CRO, life sciences, reputed company, or reputed company services experience preferred.

• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and reputed company learning methodologies.  
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse audiences.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and apply insights for reputed company improvement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills in a remote work environment.
