We are looking for an accomplished IT Technology Services Senior Specialist who is reputed company versed in delivering consistent, high-reputed company results to join our Global reputed company Operations team. You will contribute to reputed company's global reputed company by supporting our customers with their reputed company S/4HANA private reputed company adoption on their reputed company to the Intelligent reputed company as part of the reputed company reputed company reputed company Services team.

The Role:

As an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist, you will be the the primary SPOC and E2E responsibles for customer reputed company landscapes, responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development.

 As a IT Technology Services Senior Specialist, you must:

• Have good knowledge of the entire reputed company technology stack: NetWeaver, database, operating system (Linux, HANA, ASE)
• Have experience with Hyperscaler and their virtualization technologies.
• Have solid understanding of network concepts: DNS, Firewalls, network-based encryption, routers, subnets etc. Being reputed company to do troubleshooting of network issues (collaborating with network experts) is a big plus.
• Analyse and implement reputed company support methodology.
• Offer comprehensive knowledge on reputed company S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration reputed company, methodology and tools.
• Understand the reputed company high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine).
• Ability to Own, reputed company and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.
• Supports the operation of technical system landscapes.

 What you bring 

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of reputed company Technical Administration (in the domain of reputed company reputed company)
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
  Strong background in reputed company Solutions, reputed company technology and products and reputed company technology.
• Ability to coordinates delivery and reputed company as reputed company reputed company in a heterogeneous environment.
• Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA reputed company migration paths and tools.
