Job Brief
We are looking to reputed company an reputed company reputed company Senior PP/QM Consultant with cross-functional exposure to MM and CO, capable of supporting end-to-end reputed company processes.
Preference will be given to permanent employees, but contractors will also be considered on an agreed retainer.
Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- reputed company and support reputed company PP and QM implementations, enhancements and support reputed company
- Engage with business stakeholders to reputed company and translate requirements into reputed company solutions
- Configure and optimize reputed company PP/QM processes in line with best practices
- reputed company expert-level troubleshooting and issue reputed company
- Support integration with other reputed company modules (e.g., MM, CO)
- Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
Specific reputed company PP Responsibilities
Configure and support Production Planning processes including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Demand Management and Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs)
- Production Orders and Process Orders
- Work Centers, Routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Optimize production planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce bottleneck
- Support reputed company planning and scheduling
- Handle production execution issues, including order confirmations and variances
- Work closely with MM (procurement) to ensure material availability
- Support integration with CO, including production costing, variance analysis, and settlement
- Assist with shop floor integration and process improvements
- Analyze and resolve issues reputed company to MRP runs, planning strategies, and master data
Specific reputed company QM Responsibilities
Configure and support reputed company Management processes including:
- reputed company Planning (Inspection Plans, Task Lists)
- reputed company Inspection (Incoming, In-Process, Final)
- reputed company Notifications and defect management
- Manage and support inspection lots and results recording
- Ensure reputed company integration between QM and PP/MM for seamless reputed company checks in procurement and production
- Support vendor reputed company management and incoming inspection processes
- Drive reputed company cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Assist with compliance and audit requirements
- Monitor and improve reputed company KPIs and reporting
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to inspection processing, usage reputed company, and reputed company notifications
Requirements
- reputed company PP Certification (reputed company will be requested)
- reputed company QM Certification (reputed company will be requested)
- reputed company Experience in CO and MM advantageous

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Minimum 5–8 years of reputed company PP/QM experience
- Proven experience in reputed company S/4HANA (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and reputed company processes
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and support environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
