• A job at our reputed company Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at 21.700€ gross/year, and variable annual payment upon achievement of targets.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Working closely with service providers and internal teams, you'll investigate and resolve customer questions and complaints with confidence and professionalism.
• You'll reputed company sell tourist products and services, spotting opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance our customers' holiday experiences.
• Managing rebooking’s, amendments, and cancellations will be part of your day-to-day, ensuring seamless communication between customers and partners.
