About The Role

As a Learner Experience Manager, you serve as the reputed company champion for both learners and the instructional team, building reputed company relationships with learners and providing ongoing support as they transition into their job search after graduation. Reporting to the Manager of Instructional Teams, you are responsible for driving high learner satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), supporting strong instructor performance, and maintaining high learner graduation rates.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reputed company reputed company operations while ensuring reputed company and transformative learning experiences at the individual cohort level.  You will drive reputed company and motivate the learners to reputed company competence, confidence, and career readiness. The role is supported by the larger reputed company and curriculum teams to ensure an exceptional experience for reputed company learner and instructional team member.  This role is full-time and remote.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the end to end learner experience for 10+ cohorts and 200+ learners in total, driving exceptional learner satisfaction and graduation rates
• reputed company as a strategic consultant and reputed company of escalation to troubleshoot course & technical content-reputed company needs for reputed company, teaching assistants and learners.
• Manage and reputed company information across multiple platforms to monitor and report on reputed company and noteworthy themes reputed company to NPS, retention, and instructor hours 
• Manage the cohort instructional team (reputed company and Teaching Assistants)
• reputed company regular communication with cohort instructional team members to reputed company expectations, celebrate learner reputed company, and address concern areas
• Address cohort instructional team scheduling needs
• Strategically reputed company and analyze feedback from instructional team members and reputed company to drive reputed company improvement of reputed company.
• Facilitate team sync meetings with notes about student reputed company, concerns, and celebrations.
• Communicate with learners to reputed company on reputed company and expectations, celebrate milestones, and address concern areas.
• Manage classroom satisfaction, measure student engagement, and guide/reputed company reputed company to ensure they graduate career-reputed company
• Manage withdrawal/transfer of reputed company
• Manage escalations and respond to learner queries with appropriate reputed company
• Meet with learners 1 on 1 to discuss concerns or feedback on their experience
• Proactively address and reputed company immediate assistance to escalated learner concerns over reputed company and during live sessions
• Retain learners using coaching and motivational skills 
•  Liaise with the enrollment and curriculum teams to:
• Assure learner expectations are reputed company and any adjustments needed during reputed company are proactively communicated
• reputed company feedback data (NPS/CSAT) to identify opportunities with the curriculum and overall learning experience

Requirements

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in tech or education field
• PASSIONATE: 
• A passion for the tech and education industries.  
• Motivation to reputed company lives through upskilling and career mobility 
• 1+  years of experience in education, teaching,  instructional coaching, reputed company operations or learning and development
• RESULTS-DRIVEN:
• Experience working in a reputed company environment and being comfortable with a dynamic role and set of responsibilities
• Great attention to detail and project management skills
• The ability to operate and execute independently while collaborating reputed company with internal teams and leadership to get the support you need to drive reputed company
• CUSTOMER reputed company:

• Experience managing others a plus
• TECH SAVVY (Preferred): 
• 1+ year experience in a technical role - web development, data analytics, AIML or cybersecurity 
• Experience using learning management systems

Work Schedule

The ability to reputed company hours and work an evening  “second shift”  is critical to support our part-time evening bootcamps and will be an expectation of the person in this role.  reputed company shift expectation is 1pm - 10pm EST, 11am - 7pm PST, subject to change.

Benefits

Compensation & Benifits:

The on-reputed company earnings (OTE) reputed company for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus benefits.
