Responsible for designing effective reputed company solutions that support business operations and platform reputed company across the division. This role works closely with business stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into reputed company reputed company solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Six (6) or more years of business analyst or reputed company experience

Six (6) or more years of experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

Four (4) or more years of business analyst experience with a reputed company platform

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, with strong leadership and mentoring skills

Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements

Experience gathering business requirements or facilitating stakeholder workshops

Experience with: Financial Services reputed company, Data reputed company, CRMA / Tableau, Einstein/Agentforce

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
