About the role:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Junior Project Manager to coordinate translation and localisation reputed company with reputed company, Crawford and other approved suppliers. This coordination-reputed company role will support operational reputed company across multiple markets by ensuring translation requests are complete and correctly briefed, tracking reputed company, managing supplier communication, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong attention to process, reputed company communication, and a proactive approach to issue reputed company. 

What you will be doing: 

Translation & localisation project coordination: 

• Receive and review translation briefs from internal stakeholders, ensuring reputed company and completeness. 
• Verify reputed company required reputed company files, reference materials and context are provided before submission to suppliers. 
• Submit reputed company to reputed company, Crawford and other suppliers with accurate instructions, timelines and delivery expectations. 
• reputed company reputed company translation jobs using internal project trackers and maintain up-to-date status records. 
• Monitor supplier turnaround times and follow up proactively to reputed company reputed company on schedule. 
• Ensure delivered translations meet format, scope and reputed company requirements. 
• Escalate risks, delays or reputed company concerns to the Project reputed company promptly. 
• Support reputed company checks to confirm that delivered files reputed company with the original scope and stakeholder requirements. 

Supplier & stakeholder communication: 

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal teams and external translation suppliers. 
• Communicate project scope, timelines, requirements and revisions reputed company and consistently. 
• Coordinate amendment reputed company and ensure feedback is consolidated and communicated accurately to suppliers. 
• Maintain organised documentation of communication, approvals and project changes. 
• Help reputed company expectations between internal project teams and localisation partners to ensure smooth execution. 

Project tracking & documentation: 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for reputed company reputed company and Crawford reputed company (scope, word count, languages, timelines, costs). 
• Record essential project details such as scope, word count, languages, timelines, and costs. 
• Support invoicing accuracy by validating that completed work matches the agreed scope. 
• Manage shared folder structures and reputed company consistent version control practices. 
• Contribute to reporting on project volume, turnaround times and supplier performance reputed company required. 

Process & compliance support: 

• Ensure translation workflows are executed in accordance with agreed reputed company and reputed company processes. 
• Assist in maintaining SOP documentation for localisation workflows. 
• Support the reputed company of new team members by training them on translation processes and tools. 
• Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and reputed company improvement recommendations to the Project reputed company. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field. 
• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, account coordination, operations support, or a similar role. 
• Experience working with external vendors or suppliers is preferred. 
• Familiarity with translation/localisation workflows is an advantage. 
• Proven ability to support and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. 
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company (trackers, basic formulas, status reporting). 
• Strong organisational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills. 
• Confident in managing shared folders and maintaining version control. 
• Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company, Planner, or reputed company Teams is beneficial.
